Consent To Electronic Delivery

This Consent to Electronic Delivery ("Consent") is entered into by and between Collegiate Capital Management, Inc. ("Adviser") and the undersigned client ("Client").

By signing below, Client affirmatively consents to receive documents, disclosures, notices, and other communications from Adviser electronically, including by email and/or through an electronic portal or other electronic delivery system designated by Adviser.

Electronic communications may include, but are not limited to: Form ADV Parts 1, 2A, and 2B; privacy notices and other regulatory disclosures; advisory agreements and amendments; performance reports, statements, and client reports; and other required or permitted communications under applicable securities laws.

Client represents that they have the ability to access, view, save, and print electronic documents and that the email address provided below is accurate and maintained by Client. Client agrees to promptly notify Adviser of any changes to electronic contact information.

Client acknowledges that Adviser may rely on this Consent as evidence of effective delivery of electronic communications and is not required to obtain delivery confirmation or read receipts unless Adviser has reason to believe delivery was not successful.

Client may request paper copies of any electronically delivered document at no additional charge.

Client may revoke this Consent at any time by providing written notice to Adviser. Revocation will apply prospectively and will not affect the validity of documents previously delivered electronically.
